You must have closed a minimum of 2 land transactions in the past 12 months, or at least 15% of GCI coming from land transactions. We define land as anything over 5 acres.

What if I don’t qualify, but I’m still interested in expanding my business into land?

Since you are in the beginning stages of expanding into farm and ranch, we recommend taking our Launch in Land course before submitting your membership. This program is designed to break down all the unknowns and equip you to jump into the land business.
