Ben Clark and Jason Trosper

Ben Clark and Jason Trosper

Ben and Jason are the co-owners of the Ranchman Properties Team based out of North Texas. They partnered in 2015 and since then, have grown one of the most successful KW Land teams in the Country selling all across Texas and Oklahoma.

Prior to their partnership, Jason spent 18 years with U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co. as the Marketing Promotions Supervisor. Through this experience, Jason came into the real estate industry with a vast knowledge of national marketing and co-branding. After an amazing 18 year career with UST, Jason decided to pursue a career in real estate specializing in farm and ranch sales. Jason thrives on hard work, dedication, and a willing heart to serve. These values stem from being raised in the western world. Jason, his wife Melinda and their two daughters, Jada and Tana, live outside of Denton near the town of Ponder.

After graduating from Baylor University, Ben spent a few years teaching and coaching, and working in the hunting industry. In 2011 Ben joined Keller Williams Realty and hasn’t looked back. Ben has served multiple years on his market center’s ALC and is a three time BOLD graduate. Ben’s passion is training and coaching which has served him well over the years running a real estate team. Ben, his wife Natalie and their 4 kids live outside of Aubrey, Tx.

Ben and Jason are extremely excited about their new role as Director of KW Land and are ready to start growing this community to become the largest land marketing company in the world.

What are the prerequisites for joining?

You must have closed a minimum of 2 land transactions in the past 12 months, or at least 15% of GCI coming from land transactions. We define land as anything over 5 acres.

What if I don’t qualify, but I’m still interested in expanding my business into land?

As the nation’s top training company, KW Land has created a program just for you! Since you are in the beginning stages of expanding into farm and ranch, we recommend taking our Launch in Land course before submitting your membership. This program is designed to break down all the unknowns and equip you to jump into the land business. Once completed, we can address any questions you may have to ensure we help set you up for success!

How do listings syndicate with KW Land?

KW Land works with the network to syndicate all KW listings that meet the KW Land listing standards for their members to their digital platform including Land and Farm and Lands of America, in addition to KWLand. Property listings will need a minimum of 5 acres to appear on KWLand and a minimum of 2 acres to be published on Land and Farm and Lands of America.
