1983: Gary Keller co-founds Keller Williams Realty with Joe Williams.
1986: The ALC is founded, introducing a fair commission structure, profit sharing, open books, and the WI4C2TES.
1996: Keller Williams University is formed. KW MAPS Coaching is created.
2004: The Millionaire Real Estate Agent is published and becomes a national best seller.
2010: SHIFT: How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times is published.
