Jason Ross is a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary from Cincinnati with nearly three decades
of experience across multiple industries and deep roots in the Keller Williams ecosystem. As the
co-creator and co-director of Keller Williams Sports and Entertainment (KWSE), Jason has
spent years building, scaling, and leading one of the most successful communities within Keller
Williams, working closely with hundreds of agents across North America. This experience has
given him a deep, practical understanding of how KW communities operate, grow, and deliver
value through education, collaboration, and shared infrastructure.
With a long-standing passion for short-term rentals and a firsthand understanding of how
powerful well-built KW communities can be, launching KW Rental Investments was a natural
next step. The community was created to bring structure, clarity, and professional-grade
systems to residential rental investing, serving both agents and their clients across short-term,
mid-term, and long-term strategies. By combining KW’s collaborative culture with real-world
rental experience, KW Rental Investments was designed to replace fragmented learning and
guesswork with a unified, data-driven ecosystem.
Jason is also the co-developer of Rental Forecast, the proprietary software platform that powers
KW Rental Investments. Built from real ownership, management, and underwriting experience,
Rental Forecast provides advanced cash flow, occupancy, cost, and ROI analysis specifically
for rental properties. This technology gives members access to real numbers and scenario-

In addition to KW Rental Investments, Jason serves as President of Next Move, overseeing
more than 45 nationwide expansion teams, and continues to lead and innovate across multiple
