- Readiness. Training for mission readiness. Four certifications, each with an assessment you can fail: rank and orders, VA entitlement, PCS timelines, and how to hand a family off without dropping them. They are the path to the Mission Ready standard.
- Community. The people behind the mission. Nobody taught you how to read a set of orders. Somebody here did. Monthly calls where real deals and real problems get worked in the open.
- Purpose. Who we are. Military families deserve better than an agent figuring it out on their own. Your experience is the qualification, and there is a place here to put it to work.

Membership is open to every KW® agent who serves, who stands with the mission, or who serves military families. Your military connection sets your division. Both divisions receive the same membership. The difference is who qualifies, not what you get.

Stand with the mission. Members who are extended family, allies, patriots, or non military agents who serve military clients. Includes military children and dependents, military parents, and Gold Star family members. No military ID required.

Mark your military affiliation in KW Command. It is free to every KW® agent and it is how KW recognizes your service. You get the military label on your Command profile, lead routing for military affiliations, the monthly community newsletter, the KW Military Facebook group, and KW Military logo usage.
Affiliation is not membership. The referral network, the certifications, and the training come with a membership above.

Shandice Banks
Community Leader, KW Military®
Shandice been in real estate for 10 years, previously running George Laffton’s team in the Gilbert, AZ market. She grew that team from 30 agents to over 200 agents across multiple states by providing a value-based offering, tailoring team services to the needs of her agents. At the time of sale, this team was closing in excess of 3,500 transactions annually.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Shandice served in the United States Army where she ran Special Ops with large teams overseas in Iraq and Kuwait. Her specialties included engaging with locals, infiltrating community spaces, and assimilating while becoming part of the local area. As a second generation military vet, who also saw active combat, she truly represents our KW Military community members.
While serving she also earned her Masters Degree in Professional Psychology Support and Therapy. During this program she developed the university’s New Hire Development Program creating a 60 day training and onboarding program for all new hires to the university, as well as developed 13 mentors to assist in the development of new hires. This program ended up decreasing overall turnover rate from 85.7% down to 20% within 1 year of employment.
