Deana Watson

Deana Watson

Deana Watson has been with Keller Williams for as long as she has had her license – since March 2011. Throughout her tenure in the real estate industry she has worked on a team, individually, and grown her own team.

She’s no stranger to the military lifestyle and knows how to navigate the hardships of having a big business and a big life inside of the military world. Since meeting her (now) husband in 2012 she has moved 6 times and PCS’d to 3 out of the 4 time zones that the USA has to offer… All while maintaining her business and presence in the real estate industry.

She’s the mother to an amazing strong willed kid, the proud wife of a US Army Special Forces Green Beret Soldier and their family has been in the special operations world since 2015.

She runs a team in Fayetteville, North Carolina – the location of the United States’ largest military base, Fort Bragg, and has just made another PCS move to Fort Campbell where she will undoubtedly build a presence in the real estate industry there as well. She currently lives in Tennessee while running her team from afar with the help of an amazing military spouse leadership team at Bragg.

In addition to her sales business, she coaches around 30 AMAZING real estate business owners on a weekly basis as a KW MAPS Coach. She’s been coaching professionally and leading others in the industry since 2015 and sees it as she is just getting started.

Matt Gruidl

Matt Gruidl

Matt is no stranger to the Military as he was born at Balboa Naval hospital, where his father served in the Navy. Matt retired from the Army as a Command Sergeant Major (E-9) after serving 21 years and 10 months of service. He has served on multiple deployments culminating with his last as a Task Force CSM. He has been awarded the Silver Star, “V” device for Valor, Bronze Star, Combat Action Badge, Airborne, and Legion of Merit, and is a proud Member of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club. Service has not stopped there. His son Colin currently serves as an Airborne Infantry Soldier with the United States Army.

Matt has been in a Leadership role since first joining Keller Williams. He has served as CEO / Team leader of both Market Center 68 in El Paso, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico, and at Market Center 401 in Colorado Springs, CO. Throughout his time as CEO / Team Leader, his Market Center team grossed over 350 agents and netted 138 in a 26 month time period. His Team came in 5th during KWRI Bet On Red 1 and 2nd during Bet On Red 2 while also earning praise in 2021 during the NTXNMM Regions award ceremony for #1 Net, #3 Gross, #1 GCI increase (52% increase), #1 Market Share appointments and TL of the Year.

He is the father of two, an Active Duty Military son and a daughter who is a Senior at Texas Tech. Matt has been married for over 26 years to his amazing wife, and as he says, ”his better half who makes him want to be better every day.” He truly believes that the strength in our nation comes from those who served, have served, supported, and the families that stand by them each and every day.

What affiliations are available in KW Command?

  • Active Duty – Currently serving on active duty in any branch or has orders placing them in an Active Status
  • Veterans – Someone who has retired from service or who has served in a branch of service
  • Military Spouse – Someone who is actively married to a service member who is retired, active duty, National Guard, reservist or is widowed from a retiree or service member lost while serving
  • Gold Star Family – Spouses, children, parents, siblings whose loved one died in service to our nation
  • Military Family Member – Parents of a service member who is currently serving or retired.
  • Reserves – Someone who is serving in a branch of services reserve force
  • National Guard – Someone who is serving in a branch of services National Guard.
  • Supporter / Patriot – Someone who has never served or, for example, was at one time the spouse of a service member (who was not widowed or lost the service member in service to our nation), yet has a passion and calling to support those that served and serve
