Cynthia Lee
President, KW Commercial
Cynthia Lee CCIM, TACS, GRI is the managing director for the commercial division of Keller Williams City-View in San Antonio, Texas. She is an award-winning, licensed real estate broker who is currently ranked in the Top 16 for KW Commercial nationwide and in the Top 2 in Texas. Cynthia has a depth of knowledge in franchising and is the master broker for several national brands. She is also past president of the South Texas chapter for CCIM. Prior to real estate, Cynthia spent 16 years as a television news anchor. Her desire to inspire others with her passion for real estate and people drew her to this new leadership role.
Alicia Shepherd
Vice President, KW Commercial
Alicia Shepherd possesses a wealth of transactional and experiential knowledge in commercial real estate. She is known industrywide for coaching, mentoring, and training hundreds of commercial practitioners looking to grow thriving businesses of their own. Alicia is the recipient of the 2020 KW Commercial Leadership Award and was named the 2019 Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors Commercial Realtor of the Year. Currently, Alicia serves as a board member for the Texas-based nonprofit, Long Way Home.
Shepherd’s next step was writing the curriculum for a training course for commercial real estate. She started by teaching the course at her market centers in California and now, in her new role, wants to expand that training to all of KW Commercial, a possibility she credits to KW’s commitment to culture.
