In mid 2018 she dove into real estate full time, by late 2019 she started her team, Katy & Co, and since the beginning of 2020, she has consistently ranked as a top agent in her office, showcasing her unparalleled dedication to client satisfaction and results-driven approach. In 2023, Katy was selected as the exclusive NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) real estate agent for Virginia Tech athletes, further solidifying her expertise and reputation in the industry. Beyond her professional achievements, Katy cherishes spending quality time with her husband, two kids and three spoiled dogs, which you can see all over her marketing. She is deeply passionate about giving back to the community and has dedicated countless hours to volunteering with organizations such as the Red Cross, Junior Achievement, Make-A-Wish, and more. Driven by her commitment to service, she founded Katy & Co Cares, a non-profit organization aimed at making a positive impact locally. Through her multifaceted experiences and unwavering dedication to others, Katy continues to make meaningful contributions both in real estate and in the community.
