Are there application requirements to join KW Offerings?
No, KW Offerings is a community for all KW associates designed for agents at every production level. Whether you are brand new or a meg agent, solo or team, our community is open to you to generate more listings and ultimately more business.
How much does it cost for an agent to join KW Offerings?
KW Offerings membership requires a one-time $199 setup fee that will be billed on the date of membership sign-up. KW Offerings membership monthly recurring billing of $199 will begin the following month (e.g. if a member signs up on the 8th of the month, they will be charged the $199 setup fee that day and their $199 monthly recurring payment will be billed on the 8th of every following month).
How long will it take for me to get my agent website and login information?
You will receive an email that outlines all the next steps including how to receive your login information. Please note that it can take up to 3 hours to generate your website and login credentials. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please contact us at kwofferings@kw.com.
